Dear MFX Internet Customers:
We are excited to let you know about some changes that are pending as a result of our sale to Pioneer Wireless Network! This fact sheet should help with some of the questions you might have:
Pioneer and MFX will work closely to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible for our customers. Don Flewelling will be moving to PWN as the Commercial Sales Manager. Dan Breton and Nancy Price will be staying at MFX and operating the WebXCentrics web design business.
The following changes will be immediate:
- All Wireless, DSL, and Dialup customers will receive their next bill (Aug 5th) from Pioneer Wireless.
- All future correspondence related to your account should be directed to Pioneer Wireless.
- You will not have to change your email address!
MFX.net email addresses will remain in effect. - Dialup numbers will stay the same.
Billing Change
Pioneer sends their bills out on the 5th of the month
(MFX billed on the 1st of the month.)
