Dan's mother picked potatoes in New Sweden, Maine in the 1940's. Dan used a picture of her as the basis for the Potato Picker board. This freshly burned one is part of an order placed by a local farmer, who sells them, along with fresh vegetables and other crafts, at his farm stand. |
